Viewing Shared Documents
The Documents tab shows all documents that have been shared between you and the practice for your referred clients.
Document Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Treatment Plan | Mental health treatment plans shared by the practitioner |
| Referral Letter | Your original referral letter |
| Assessment Report | Assessment outcomes and recommendations |
| Progress Report | Updates on the client's treatment progress |
| Discharge Summary | Summary provided when treatment concludes |
Filtering
Use the filter options to show:
- Received — Documents shared with you by the practice
- Sent — Documents you have uploaded
- Unread — Documents you have not yet opened
Downloading Documents
Click on any document to view its details, then click Download to save a copy. Download links are valid for one hour for security.
Read Tracking
When you open a document, it is marked as read. The practice can see which documents you have viewed — this helps ensure important clinical communications are not missed.
