Account Verification

When a practice creates your referrer profile, they may verify your account to confirm your professional credentials. Verification is a trust signal that confirms you are who you say you are.

What Verification Means

  • Verified — The practice has confirmed your provider number and professional credentials. You have full access to portal features.
  • Unverified — Your account has been created but the practice has not yet confirmed your credentials. You cannot log in to the portal until the practice verifies your account.

How Verification Works

Verification is handled by the practice. They may:

  • Check your provider number against AHPRA or Medicare records
  • Confirm your identity through existing professional relationships
  • Contact your practice directly

You do not need to do anything — the practice will update your verification status when they have confirmed your details.

Questions

If you believe your account should be verified, contact the practice directly. They can update your status from their management dashboard.
