Logging In

The Referrer Portal uses one-time passcodes (OTP) instead of passwords. Each time you log in, a new 6-digit code is sent to your email.

Steps​

  1. Go to the Referrer Portal login page (the URL is in your invitation email)
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Send login code
  4. Check your email for a 6-digit code (check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes)
  5. Enter the code on the login page
  6. You are now logged in

Important Details​

  • Each code is valid for 10 minutes
  • You can request a new code if the first one expires
  • After 3 failed attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes
  • If you are locked out, wait 15 minutes and try again — or contact the practice and ask them to reset your portal access, which clears the lock straight away

Session Timeout​

Your session lasts 15 minutes from login. After it expires, request a new code to log in again. This keeps your data secure.
