Viewing Your Bookings

The Bookings tab shows all your resource bookings across three views:

• Upcoming — your future bookings, with Modify and Cancel buttons
• Book New — the resource list for making a new booking
• History — past and cancelled bookings, each with a Book Again button

Booking Cards

Each booking card shows:

• Resource — the room or equipment booked, with its type badge
• Date and time — when the booking starts and ends
• Location — where the resource is, when the practice has set one
• Status — Confirmed, Completed, or Cancelled
• Cost — the number of credits the booking used

Statuses

Status	Meaning
Confirmed	The booking is locked in and the credits have been deducted
Completed	The booking time has passed
Cancelled	You or the practice cancelled it — the credits were refunded
