Logging In

The Contractor Portal uses one-time passcodes (OTP) instead of passwords. Each time you log in, a new 6-digit code is sent to your email.

Steps​

  1. Go to the Contractor Portal login page (the URL is in your invitation email)
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Send Code
  4. Check your email for a 6-digit code (check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes)
  5. Enter the code on the login page
  6. You are now logged in

Important Details​

  • Each code is valid for 10 minutes, and allows up to 3 attempts before it is cancelled — request a new code if that happens
  • After 3 failed attempts your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes; the portal shows how long is left. Wait for the lock to expire and try again — or contact the practice and ask them to reset your portal access, which clears the lock straight away
  • You can request a new code any time the previous one expires

Session Timeout​

Your session stays active while you're using the portal and ends after 60 minutes of inactivity — you'll be returned to the login page and will need to request a new code. For security, a session never lasts more than 24 hours in total, even with constant use.
