Credit History
The credit history shows every transaction affecting your credit balance.
Viewing History
- Go to the Credits tab
- Your transaction history is listed below your current balance
Reading the List
Credits added show as a + amount (green); credits deducted show as a − amount (red). Each transaction shows:
- Date — when the transaction occurred
- Amount — the number of credits added or deducted
- Description — what the transaction was for (for example a room booking, credit purchase, refund, or a manual adjustment by the practice)
Where Transactions Come From
| Source | Effect |
|---|---|
| Credit purchase | Credits added when your payment completes |
| Booking | One credit per hour deducted when you book |
| Cancellation refund | The booking's credits returned automatically |
| Practice adjustment | Credits added or deducted by the practice, with a note |
