Contact methods
In-app: Help & Support (recommended)
Once signed in, open Help & Support from the navigation menu. From there you can:
- Chat with Praxi Support — AI answers most questions in seconds; ask to speak to a person any time. A human on the Praxi team typically replies within 1 business day.
- Send feedback — report a bug, suggest a feature, or share what you like.
- Browse documentation — this help centre.
- My requests — view and reply to your open support tickets and feedback.
You can also open the same conversation from Help → Contact Praxi Support.
Your support conversation is private between you and Praxi — colleagues and practice owners cannot see it.
Other ways to open feedback when signed in:
- Quick create (the + menu) → Send feedback
- The feedback control on the navigation rail
- Page-level feedback triggers where they appear in the surface chrome
There is no floating feedback button in the bottom corner of the dashboard. Feedback opens from Help & Support, Quick create, or the anchored controls in the app chrome.
Email
Best for detailed questions, non-urgent issues, feature requests, bug reports, billing queries, and training requests for your team.
We aim to respond within one business day (AEST). For urgent issues, put URGENT in the subject line.
