Getting Support from Praxi
Praxi includes a built-in support channel so you can get help without leaving the app. Our AI assistant answers most questions straight away, and you can hand any conversation to a human on the Praxi team — we typically reply within 1 business day.
Where to find it
- Help & Support page — open Help & Support from the navigation menu. From there you can Chat with Praxi Support, Send feedback, browse this help centre, or open My requests (your tickets and feedback history).
- Help menu — open Help → Contact Praxi Support to go straight to your support conversation.
Your support conversation is private between you and Praxi — colleagues and practice owners in your organisation cannot see it.
What the assistant can do
- Answer questions about using Praxi, drawing on this help centre.
- Turn a message into a bug report or feature request — when the assistant offers this, confirm the suggestion and you'll receive a reference number you can quote later.
- Pass you to a human. Ask to speak to someone at any time.
The assistant handles platform and account questions only. For clinical matters, speak to your practice team — and if you or someone you support is in crisis, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or call 000 in an emergency.
Send feedback
When signed in:
- Help & Support → Send feedback
- Quick create (the + menu) → Send feedback
- Feedback controls on the navigation rail and page chrome where shown
There is no floating bubble in the corner of the dashboard. On the setup wizard and some portal surfaces, feedback is opened from anchored buttons in that surface’s chrome instead.
Other ways to reach us
- Phone — our support line is listed on praxi.au/contact.
- Email — hey@praxi.au; replies to any Praxi support email thread come straight back to our team.
- Ticket form — Contact Support.
Privacy
Anything you type into a support conversation is automatically screened to remove identifying details (such as client names, phone numbers, email addresses, and Medicare numbers) before it is stored — please still avoid including client information in support messages. Support conversations are retained in line with Australian healthcare record-keeping requirements.
