Clinical Outcome Reports

Praxi's outcome reports help you demonstrate treatment effectiveness, track client progress, and meet reporting requirements for funders and accreditation bodies.

  3. Click Generate Outcome Report

    • Instruments to include (for example, PHQ-9, GAD-7, K-10)
  5. Click Generate

Aggregate practice outcome report

Analyse outcomes across your entire practice:

    • Filter by practitioner, diagnosis, or funding source
  3. Click Run Report

The aggregate report shows:

  • Mean pre- and post-treatment scores across all clients
  • Percentage of clients showing reliable improvement
  • Percentage of clients achieving clinical significance
  • Effect size (Cohen's d) for the overall treatment effect
  • Distribution chart showing score changes across clients

  1. Navigate to Grow > Reports > Practitioner Outcomes
  2. Select the instrument and date range
  3. The report compares average score improvement, reliable improvement rate, and session-to-improvement ratio per practitioner
