Corporate Portal

The Praxi Corporate Portal gives Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) employers a dashboard to manage their programme, submit referrals, monitor session usage, and access de-identified reporting.

Setting Up a Corporate Client

  1. Navigate to Settings > EAP > Corporate Clients and tap Add Client.
  2. Enter the organisation details: company name, ABN, billing address, and primary contact.
  3. Configure the EAP programme parameters (session allowance, referral process, reporting frequency).
  4. Let the primary contact know the corporate portal address -- they sign in with a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to their email.
Separate from Individual Clients

Employees referred through the EAP programme have their own confidential client records that are not accessible to the employer.

Corporate Dashboard

The dashboard shows four summary cards -- Total Sessions, Utilisation Rate, Employees Served, and SLA Compliance -- with charts for utilisation trends, session allocation, presenting issue categories, and SLA performance.

Submitting Referrals

Your intake team can submit referrals on behalf of the corporate client using the referral management tools in Praxi. Once submitted:

  1. Select the urgency level: standard, priority, or urgent.
  2. Add any notes for the intake team.

The practice's intake team contacts the employee to schedule their first appointment.

Employee Privacy

The corporate client can see that a referral was submitted and whether the employee has engaged. They cannot see appointment details, clinical notes, or session content.

Session Usage Tracking

MetricDescription
Total allowanceContracted sessions for the period
Sessions usedCompleted sessions across all referrals
Sessions remainingAllowance minus used sessions
Average sessions/personMean sessions per referred employee
Utilisation ratePercentage of allowance consumed

Reporting

Corporate contacts can export the dashboard as a PDF or CSV using the export buttons on the dashboard itself. Exports include utilisation statistics, aggregated presenting issue categories, and SLA performance.

De-Identification

Presenting-issue breakdowns are suppressed until at least five unique employees have been served, so no individual can be identified from small cohorts.

Billing

Invoices are generated automatically based on the agreed model: per-session, retainer, or hybrid. Download invoices from the Billing tab.
