Learning Modules
Psychoeducation modules are multi-section courses on topics such as anxiety, sleep, mindfulness, and emotion regulation. Clients work through them at their own pace between sessions; you track progress from Client Tools and the client record.
Modules live inside Client Tools — there is no separate Learning Hub. The old Knowledge → Client Learning path redirects to Client Tools → Library.
Browse modules
- Open Client Tools in the main navigation.
- Stay on the Library view.
- Filter or search for Modules (search still finds “learning”, “course”, or “psychoeducation”).
Each module card shows difficulty, category, estimated minutes, and section count where available. Open a card to preview sections (Reading, Video, Quiz, Worksheet, Audio, or Activity).
To see exactly what your client will see, use Preview — it opens the client-rendered module view so you can step through content before assigning.
Assign a module to a client
From the library
- Open the module (or select Allocate from the library card).
- Choose the client.
- Optionally set a due date.
- Optionally add a short message for the client (“From your practitioner”).
- Confirm Assign / Allocate.
From the client record
Open the client’s Learning tab and use Assign Module. That opens the tool picker on the Learning tab with the client already selected — cards show Assign to this client.
The client sees the module on My Plan in their portal (labelled Learning), with your message and due date if you set them. They work through sections at their own pace and can keep personal notes as they go.
Track progress
- Client Tools → Inbox lists assigned work, including learning modules federated beside other tool assignments. Filter by status (for example Not Started, In Progress, Completed, Overdue).
- The client record’s Learning tab shows per-client totals and each assignment’s due date — overdue dates are highlighted.
From the client’s Learning tab you can typically:
- Remind — nudge the client about an incomplete assignment
- Cancel — withdraw an assignment that is no longer relevant
Engagement is not only prescribed modules. Clients can use the portal Library for self-serve practices and Check-in for wellness logging. Those appear in your view of engagement where the product surfaces them on the client record.
