Permissions
Client Tools capabilities are controlled by your role. If you have not customised your role templates, the defaults below apply and you do not need to do anything.
Praxi enforces these permissions on every request, so the interface only ever offers what your role allows.

Roles not listed (Behaviour Support Practitioner, Clinical Governance, EAP Coordinator, EAP Administrator) currently hold no Client Tools permissions -- talk to your practice owner if someone in those roles needs access.
"View assigned tools" — see tools that have been assigned (your own clients, where applicable).
"Assign across practice" — assign tools to any client in your organisation, not only your own.
"Author practice templates" — create and edit templates shared across the whole practice.
"Author personal templates" — create and edit templates visible only to yourself.
Customising role permissions
Role defaults are set in Settings → Roles & Permissions. Adjustments take effect immediately for all users in that role.
Auditing
Every Client Tools action is audit-logged with a standard Praxi audit entry. Seven-year retention applies. Permission denials are also logged, so you can trace access attempts for compliance reviews.
