You can add products to an invoice during an appointment. This is useful when a practitioner recommends a supplement or therapeutic aid and the client wants to purchase it on the spot. :::
GST Handling
Praxi handles GST automatically based on the product configuration:
| GST Category | GST Treatment |
|---|---|
| Standard | 10% GST applies (general retail products) |
| Medical aid | GST-free under Division 38 |
| Consumed in service | GST treatment follows the parent service |
| Herbal dispensing | GST treatment per ATO classification |
Set the GST category for each product when adding it to the catalogue. GST is itemised on client invoices.
