Quick Reference

Client Portal

Clients receive an invitation link valid for 72 hours. They create a passkey or set a password. Additional verification applies where required by the practice.

  • Invite: Open the client's record > Portal Access > Send Invitation
  • Bulk invite: Select multiple clients > Invite to Portal
  • Reset password: Client record > Portal Access > Reset Password
  • Manage locked accounts: Settings > Portal Accounts
  • End-user help: Client Portal Help Centre

See Client Portal for full details.

Referrer Portal

Referrers log in using a one-time passcode sent to their email — no password is required. You create referrer profiles and send invitations from the settings page.

  • Create and invite: Clients > Referrers > Add Referrer
  • Verify: Clients > Referrers > Actions > Verify
  • Resend invite: Clients > Referrers > Actions > Send Invite
  • Reset OTP lockout: Clients > Referrers > Actions > Reset Access
  • Revoke access: Clients > Referrers > Actions > Revoke
  • End-user help: Referrer Portal Help Centre

See Referrer Portal for full details.

Contractor Portal

Contractors also use OTP-based login. Practice owners and managers create contractor profiles and manage their status, credits, and billing from the settings page.

  • Create and invite: Settings > Contractors > Add Contractor
  • Approve/suspend: Settings > Contractors > Actions > Update Status
  • Adjust credits: Settings > Contractors > Actions > Adjust Credits
  • Resend invite: Settings > Contractors > Actions > Resend Invitation
  • Reset OTP lockout: Settings > Contractors > Actions > Reset Access See Contractor Portal for full details.
