Growth Analytics
Praxi offers opt-in session analytics to help practitioners reflect on their professional development. This feature analyses session patterns, provides PsyBA-aligned competency feedback, and generates supervision preparation summaries.
Enabling Growth Analytics
Growth analytics is strictly opt-in and available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
- Go to Development > Growth
- Review the privacy notice -- analytics data is visible only to you and your nominated supervisor
- Click Enable Growth Analytics
- Choose which metrics to track (all are optional)
Growth analytics is a practitioner-only feature. Data is never shared with practice owners, managers, or clients. Only the practitioner and their nominated supervisor (if configured) can view the analytics. :::
Session Metrics
When enabled, Praxi analyses your sessions to provide insights on:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Session duration patterns | Average length, consistency across session types |
| Therapeutic engagement | Talk-time balance between practitioner and client |
| Theme progression | How clinical themes evolve across sessions with each client |
| Intervention usage | Frequency of different therapeutic approaches |
| Outcome tracking | Trends in standardised assessment scores over time |
Competency Feedback
Praxi maps session analytics to the PsyBA competency framework, providing feedback for self-directed professional development.
Competency Domains
| Domain | What is Measured |
|---|---|
| Therapeutic Alliance | Rapport and collaboration indicators from the session |
| Assessment Skills | Range and appropriateness of assessment activity |
| Intervention Delivery | Intervention diversity and delivery quality |
| Session Management | Session structure and pacing |
| Risk Management | Recognition and handling of risk content |
Feedback is presented as reflective prompts, not scores or ratings. The goal is to support self-directed professional development, not performance evaluation.
Supervision Preparation
Growth analytics can generate a supervision preparation summary:
- Go to Development > Growth > Supervision Prep
- Select the period to review
- Praxi generates a summary including:
- Cases for discussion (based on complexity or stalled progress)
- Competency areas for reflection
- Questions to bring to supervision
- Share the summary with your supervisor (optional)
Use the supervision preparation summary as a starting point for your supervision session. It highlights areas that may benefit from discussion but should not replace your own clinical judgement about what to bring to supervision. :::
Warren AI Agent
Warren is Praxi's administrative AI agent responsible for practice analytics, revenue tracking, growth insights, and marketing. In the context of growth analytics, Warren analyses aggregated, de-identified session data to identify patterns and generate insights.
Warren operates within strict boundaries:
- Only processes growth analytics data for practitioners who have opted in
- Never accesses raw clinical content -- works with metadata and aggregate patterns
- All outputs are framed as reflective prompts, never prescriptive recommendations
- Cannot be accessed by anyone other than the practitioner and their nominated supervisor
