Your Library
The Library holds guided practices you can use any time, no appointment and no assignment needed — breathing, grounding, meditation and more. Find it under Wellbeing → Library in the portal menu.
If your practitioner specifically prescribes a practice or programme, it will also appear in My Plan so you can keep track of it alongside your other activities.
Available practices
- Breathing exercises — Guided breathing techniques to help with relaxation and anxiety management
- Grounding exercises — Techniques to help you feel more present and centred
- Guided meditations — Audio-guided meditations for relaxation and mindfulness
- Progressive muscle relaxation — Step-by-step body relaxation technique

The practices are designed to be used as often as you find helpful. :::
Gut-directed hypnotherapy programme
You enrol yourself in the gut-directed hypnotherapy programme — your practitioner may recommend it, but only you can start it, and enrolment always begins with a short screening and consent step that no one can complete on your behalf. Once enrolled you will find a dedicated section with:
- Programme sessions to complete in order (they unlock as you go)
- Symptom check-ins to track your progress
- A flare-up support module that is available at any time
Using a practice
- Tap Library in the portal menu
- Browse the available practices
- Tap one to start
- Follow the on-screen instructions or audio guidance
Your progress is tracked so you and your practitioner can see which practices you have used.
Tips for getting the most from your practice
- Find a quiet, comfortable space
- Allow yourself the full time without rushing
- Use headphones for audio practices
- Practise regularly — even a few minutes each day can help
