My Plan
My Plan is the one place for everything your practitioner has asked of you between sessions, plus any tasks you add yourself — ordered by what's due next.
Find it under Wellbeing → My Plan in the portal menu.
What appears in My Plan
Each item carries a small label showing what kind of activity it is:
- Form — questions to answer and submit, including worksheets
- Questionnaire — a short set of standard questions your practitioner uses to understand how you are going
- Tracker — a brief daily entry (mood, sleep, food, pain)
- Practice — a guided practice (breathing, meditation, relaxation) your practitioner has recommended
- Learning — an educational module you work through at your own pace
- Programme — a structured series of activities over days or weeks
- My task — something you added yourself
Your practitioner may include a short message with an item — you will see it on the item itself, explaining what they would like you to do.
Working through your plan
- Tap My Plan in the portal menu.
- Use the status pills to switch between what is still open and what you have finished, or the kind labels to see just forms, trackers, and so on.
- Tap an item to open it. The tool guides you through completing it, and your progress saves automatically — you can close the app and come back later.
- Submit when you are done. Your practitioner can see what you have completed and may discuss it at your next session.
Due dates and closing dates
Not every date is a deadline:
- A due date is when your practitioner would like something finished. Overdue items are flagged, but you can still complete them unless your practitioner has removed them. If in doubt, just do it — a late submission is better than none.
- Some forms have a closing date instead — after that date the form is no longer available to complete.
Adding your own tasks
Tap Add my own task to keep personal to-dos alongside the work your practitioner has set. These are yours — they sit in the same list so everything lives in one place.
