Viewing Your Appointments

See all your upcoming and past appointments in one place.

Upcoming appointments​

Your appointments page shows your next scheduled appointments with:

  • Date and time
  • Practitioner name
  • Session type (in-person, telehealth, or phone)
  • Location or telehealth link
  • Appointment status

You can also check in for your appointment, request a reschedule, or cancel directly from the appointment card.

Past appointments​

Switch to the Past filter to see your appointment history.

Appointment reminders​

You will receive reminders by email or SMS before each appointment, depending on your notification preferences. Your practice sets the reminder timing. You can manage your reminder preferences from the Preferences page.

Add to your calendar​

Tap Add to Calendar on an appointment card to download a calendar file with the date, time, and location — it opens in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook.

If something looks wrong or you have questions about your schedule, contact your practice directly through the portal's secure messaging or call them during business hours.
