Your safety plan

If your practitioner has shared a safety plan with you, you can access it at any time from the Safety Plan page in the portal. Your safety plan may include:

  • Personal warning signs and coping strategies
  • Emergency contacts and professional support contacts
  • Steps to keep yourself safe

Even if your practitioner has not shared a safety plan, the portal always provides access to the Australian crisis resources listed above.

Talk to your practitioner

If you are experiencing a crisis or feeling unsafe, let your practitioner know. You can:

  • Send a secure message through the portal
  • Call your practice directly
  • Mention it at your next appointment

Your practitioner is there to help and can connect you with appropriate support.
